Overview
Kuljíhnāc Se was founded durring the early 11th century, by Vrugrek Hanford. The establishment of Kuljíhnāc Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Kuljíhnāc Se's construction back out of the project. Vrugrek Hanford pushed on reguardles, and Kuljíhnāc Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Kuljíhnāc Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kuljíhnāc Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Kuljíhnāc Se is buildings are arranged within a network of broad paverstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The brittle defences have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Kuljíhnāc Se shows Kuljíhnāc Se is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.
